  • Marketing and communications: Sending newsletters, distributing expert content, and direct marketing of services. (Legal basis: Legitimate interest in B2B context or consent given by the data subject).

  • Service development: Analyzing user experience and improving services. (Legal basis: Legitimate interest).

  • Legal obligations: For example, compliance with the Accounting Act. (Legal basis: Legal obligation).

4. Personal Data Processed and Data Sources
We primarily collect data that you provide to us yourself through forms, email, or during client meetings. We also use the HubSpot system, which may collect data about your interactions with our messages and website.
The register may contain the following data: Name, title, organization, contact details, customer history, website usage data.

We retain data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the defined purposes.

  • Customer data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship.

  • Marketing data is retained as long as the person holds a role relevant to our communications, or until they opt out of marketing or withdraw their consent.

We use cookies on our website to improve user experience and to analyze website usage. Tools in use include Google Analytics, among others.

7. Data Disclosure and Transfer
We use third-party service providers (such as HubSpot, Google, and Calendly).
Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g., to the United States). We ensure that such transfers are lawful by using the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguard mechanisms.
